BOOKING / CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking

Payment is requested in full at the time of booking an appointment with Holme Electrolysis. If you are booking online, payment can be made by card. If you are booking direct, your service total is payable via BACs (bank details will be shared at point of contact). A confirmation email will be sent on confirmation of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48 hours’ notice (or more) is needed in order to refund or transfer your booking fee to a new date. In the case of appointments (including those booked with a Minute Bundle deal or a course of treatments) cancelled or rearranged within 48 hours, 50% of the booked appointment cost (or time, respectively) will be lost. The remaining 50% can be carried over to a new booking or refunded on request.
Cancellations / rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the total appointment cost. In the case of a minute bundle appointment - the total amount of minutes booked for the secured appointment will be lost. This is applicable, without exception, regardless of cancellation / rescheduling reason due to not having sufficient time to fill the appointment you are leaving vacant.

Payment for Services

Bank Transfer, Cash and Card payments are all accepted. Online payments are taken via Stripe, which is a safe and secure online payments management system. Holme Electrolysis does not capture card details.

Late Arrival / 'No Show' / Missed Appointments

I value your time and your schedule. When you book an appointment with Holme Electrolysis your appointment will start promptly and finish at the time appropriate for receiving treatment, payment for services and future planning. Oftentimes there is a maximum of 15 minutes to enable me to clean the treatment room between clients. Your treatment time will therefore be shortened if you are late by 5 minutes or more. The full cost of the original treatment time will be due and payable.
If you are 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be classed as a cancellation (with less than 24 hours’ notice), treatment will be unable to go ahead and the cancellation policy referred to.
As a matter of courtesy, please contact me on 07897282554 (NOT social media) to let me know if you are delayed. If I am able to accommodate your delay I can advise you appropriately.

Refunds

A refund will not automatically be issued if you cancel your appointment online. If you would to start the refund process please contact me directly. Booking fee refunds will be issued in line with my 48 hour cancellation policy. Refunds aim to be processed within 24 hours. Please be advised refunds will be processed via BACs or to the same card payment was made from.
Refunds will not be offered for services / treatments received. If you have a problem or issue with treatment you have received from me, kindly bring this to my attention immediately so I can investigate and offer resolution.
‘Minute Bundle’ deals, 'Courses' of treatment and any form of gift voucher are wholly non-refundable and have an expiry of 6 month’s from date of purchase.

I have a double, sloped, off-road driveway with a central handrail available for client parking / cycling lock respectively. The larger driveway (garage side) is reserved specifically for client use. Please DO use this driveway out of respect for my neighbours and their properties. My treatment room is accessed through my house with no external access. Please use the doorbell on the left wall by the door. There is one small step up to my house and another smaller step down into the treatment room.
My home studio is strictly a child free zone. Treatments are 1:1 unless specifically agreed (at my discretion) prior to your appointment. I have no waiting area. Family members or friends that accompany you will be politely requested to wait outside. Exception is made for children accessing my services as a client who will need their parent present for any treatment. I kindly request you arrive on time to your appointment, early arrivals can not always be accomodated.
