Holme Electrolysis is accessible by appointment only and payment is requested in full to book an appointment. A booking confirmation email will be sent on receipt of payment. Booking confirmation emails will be relied on for any discrepancies that many arise.
Cancellations
Please manage your appointment online 24/7 via the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Please make us aware of an intention to cancel an appointment as soon as possible. 72 hours (3 full days) notice is needed in order to refund in full or transfer your full treatment cost to a new date.
Cancelling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the total appointment cost. In the case of an appointment being booked using a Treatment Package - the total amount of time booked for the secured appointment will be lost.
Although we appreciate life happens (resulting in unplanned events outside of your control and illness) our policy is applicable without exception, regardless of reason, due to not having sufficient time to fill the appointment you are leaving vacant. Please understand this is a business necessity and not personal.
Repeatedly rearranging very close to the 72 hour window, habitual ‘no shows’ or persistent lateness may result in the refusal of future treatment.
Late Attendance
We value your time and your schedule. When you book an appointment with Holme Electrolysis your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your treatment session will start promptly.
Please arrive on time (no more than 5 minutes early).
Where a client attends late we will only provide treatment for the remainder of the booked treatment slot. An unplanned reduced session (as a result of late attendance) will still result in a full session (or equivalent treatment / time) charge.
The time reserved for an appointment is available exclusively for you – we are unable to extend your session into another client’s exclusively booked time.
If you arrive later than the entirety of your appointment - treatment will be unable to go ahead (treated as a ‘cancellation’ and the cancellation policy referred to).
Refunds
A refund will not automatically be issued if you cancel your appointment online. If you would to start the refund process please contact us directly at dawn@holmeelectrolysis.co.uk / 07897282554.
Refunds will be issued in line with the 72 hour cancellation policy.
Refunds aim to be processed within 24 hours and can take 5-10 days to reach your bank account – please understand this timescale is out of our hands (and is the T&C’s of Stripe and your individual bank.)
Please be advised refunds will be processed via Stripe to the same card payment was made from. If you paid by BACs transfer – your details will be required in order to refund the same way.
Refunds will not be given for services / treatments received under any circumstances. If you have an issue with treatment you have received from Holme Electrolysis, kindly bring this to our attention immediately using the above contact details so we can investigate further.
Treatment packages, courses of treatment and any form of gift voucher are wholly non-refundable. Treatment packages are to be used strictly within their validity timescales and will not be extended under any circumstances.
